What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is a security protocol that helps prevent fraud in online credit and debit card transactions. Some banks have decided to utilize this security feature which can prevent your purchase from going through. This security feature is becoming increasingly common in European countries, with the UK in particular.
We have now started accepting cards that require 3D Secure for processing. Please be aware, when this feature is implemented this can result in your saved card information being deleted after each purchase, requiring you to re-add it frequently and try again. We recommend using a different card or an alternative payment method if you're unable to complete your transaction.
