Typically, the review process for your withdrawal request is completed within 2 business days. However, in some instances, it can take longer. If there are any delays with your request, we will reach out to you directly. Once your withdrawal has been submitted, you will receive an email similar to the following, depending on your withdrawal method:
This email confirms that your withdrawal request has been received and that it is being reviewed. If for any reason you would like to cancel your withdrawal, you are still able to do so. Learn more about how to cancel a withdrawal here.
Once your withdrawal request has been reviewed and confirmed, you will receive an email similar to the following, depending on your withdrawal method:
At this point, your withdrawal can no longer be canceled as it has already been confirmed.
If your funds were withdrawn via wire transfer, and more than 10 days have passed since receiving the confirmation email and you have yet to receive your funds in your bank account, please read our Help Center guide: Locating Your Wire Transfer.
If your funds were withdrawn via USDC, and more than 2 days have passed since receiving the confirmation email and you have yet to receive your funds in your crypto wallet, please read our Help Center guide: Missing USDC Withdrawal.
Please Note:
- Wire transfer withdrawals can only be sent to personal bank accounts (not business bank accounts) that are under a name that matches the name on the withdrawal request
- Wire transfer withdrawals sent to a joint bank account may be delayed or returned
- The receiving bank may charge an additional fee to receive the wire transfer
- Your statement may not specifically mention “Dapper Labs” when your funds are received. Rather, your statement may mention “Fortress Trust”, "Regent Bank" or “BankProv”.
