We work with a payments partner, Circle, to manage certain transactions. Circle has made the decision to stop processing ACH and wire payments for all of their partner companies, effective Friday, March 10, 2023, at 7 AM PT for ACH transactions and Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 11:59 PM PT for wires. As a result, the ACH and wire payment methods will be temporarily unavailable.

We are actively working to secure a new partner for ACH and wire payments, as well as enable withdrawals directly to credit and debit cards. Payments via credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrencies remain uninterrupted. As part of our commitment to support our customers during this period, we are waiving credit and debit card fees starting Friday, March 17, 2023, at 3 PM PT through April 15, 2023.

Collectors can continue to withdraw via USDC, both on Ethereum and Flow networks. These services remain uninterrupted. For more details on how to withdraw using USDC click here.
